Having graduated from The University School of Law & Legal Studies, GGSIP University, Adya ranked second in Post Graduate Degree (LLM – Commercial Laws). In active practice since 2019, she focuses principally on criminal appellate litigation and corporate law practice.

Adya has successfully demonstrated her legal acumen and analytical skills during drafting and vetting of petitions, replies and appeals. Moreover, she is an Arbitrator with the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre, and has handled various arbitration matters and conciliation related issues. She has successfully argued numerous matters in various Courts, Tribunals and Fora involving complex questions of law in multi sectors like criminal, corporate, arbitration, property, contract, recovery, negotiable instruments, labour, municipal laws etc.

A case comment by Adya on “The Chancellor, Masters & Scholars of the University of Oxford & Ors. Versus Rameshwari Photocopy Services & Anr.” has been published in the International Journal on Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law , while her research paper titled Environmental Justice through Human Rights has been published in The CALR Journal of Applicable Law & Jurisprudence.
