2004Trainee
Mr Mohan started as a trainee under Mr Rohinton F Nariman (Retd. Judge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India ) during Final year of Law Course.
2005Worked with Mr. E. C Agarwala
In 2005 he worked in the chamber of Mr. E.C. Agarwala a leading Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India for about 2 years.
2007Joined Karanjawala
He joined Karanjawala and Company as an Associate which is one of the leading Solicitor Firm in India.
2008Became part of M/s COAC
As career progressed, he became part of M/s COAC a leading Boutique Law Firm having Niche Clientele. Was part of team handling High Stake matters from varied sectors like Sports, Infrastructure, Sugar Industry.
2011Advocate-on-record
In 2011, he cleared the exam and commenced his journey as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court Of India.
Experience of Mr Jayant Mohan has been vast and varied. Over the past 20 years he has handled various High Stake Corporate Commercial matters with client base being the Top Companies and High Net worth individuals. Through his journey he has spearheaded several matters and been part of critical litigation, strategy making in various areas of law including Constitutional, Commercial, Sports litigation, civil and criminal, mining and environmental , tax , etc.
