There was an agreement between Seller-(Jumbo) Holdings and Embassy properties-(Purchaser) for sale of 200 acres land near Chennai airport for 235 crores in the year 2006 . Jumbo refused to execute the sale deeds .Therefore Arbitration was invoked by Embassy .

Knight Frank succeeded in and the Arbitrator protected the lease rights of Knight Frank while the counter claim for damages filed by Landlord for illegal use and occupation rejected .

(i) Cap on overall production in the State of Karnataka - Supreme Court in its decision of 2013 had imposed an overall ceiling/Cap on the production of iron ore in the state of Karnataka. Represented the mining leaseholders praying for increase of cap duly supported by relevant materials. Supreme Court increased the cap permitting increase in production of Iron Ore.
(ii) Exports of Iron Ore From the state of Karnataka - A ban was Imposed by Supreme Court in 2011 in the state of Karnataka from exporting the Iron Ore to outside the country. Represented before the Supreme Court that the ban on export deserves to be lifted in view of the data and factual position. The Hon’ble Supreme Court lifted the ban on exports of Iron Ore in 2022.

Represented the stakeholders in challenge to the Constitutional Validity of the Provisions of the Mines and Minerals Amendment Act,2015 issue pertained to interpretation of saving clauses in 2015 Law which protected persons having ‘Letter of Intent’ in their favour on the date of amendment being entitled to be granted mining lease.

Represented the State of Jharkhand before the Delhi High Court regarding delay in Forest Clearance as a for grant of Mining Lease. High Court upheld the action of the state of Jharkhand in following the process of grant of Forest Clearance renewal of Mining lease in Andhra Pradesh.
The Lease of Barytes Mineral of M/s Tiffins Barytes Asbestos and Paints Ltd was cancelled. Represented the Company before Andhra Pradesh High Court in Writ Petition whereby it was submitted that the cancellation of lease by state of AP was in violation of principles of Natural Justice and during the pendency of Insolvency process. The High Court allowed the Writ Petition and set aside the cancellation of lease .

Represented before Supreme Court of India for the state of Jharkhand Challenging the High Court order for CBI enquiry in a PIL against high constitutional functionaries and officials . Hon’ble Supreme Court set aside the CBI enquiry order of high Court as not justified.

The Constitutional validity of the Sports Act,2005 was challenged and represented the in Supreme court which upheld the Law.
